We were completely new to the home buying process, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Ms. Peggy. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient and always happy to answer our endless questions. She took the time to understand our needs and wants, and she never pressured us into seeing houses outside of our budget or preferences.

She was able to point out potential issues with properties that we wouldn't have noticed on our own, and she helped us negotiate a fantastic deal on our dream home. She made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful than we ever imagined.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Peggy is the one to go to! She explained everything in terms we could understand and make the process smooth and painless! Any hiccups ( on our end), we had peggy was able to get straightened out very quickly. I also appriciated her availablility, i habe had realtors in the past take days to get back with me, but peggy was on the ball and ALWAYS called me back within an hour or two. For this out of state buyer, Peggy expertly captained the ship through the entire process, FaceTime tour over lunch hour, winning bid in competitive market (in neighborhood where few houses come on market), scheduling expert inspections, bids for repairs, negotiating sales price to reflect repairs needed, swift and simple closing. After multiple realtors that weren't proactive we googled realtors in the Wichita area. I contacted Peggy and she answered right away. We were in town for 5 days and she helped us look high and low for every property during that time. We didn't find a home while we were there, but Peggy got to know our vision. She continued to stay in contact and anytime a home came up that we wanted to see she made the trip to give us a virtual walkthrough. The overall experience was wonderful.
