Peggy is an absolutely amazing realtor, and I would highly recommend working with her if you are buying or selling in the Triangle area. My husband and I worked with Peggy to buy our first home in 2017, and then to sell that property and buy a new home in 2022. Peggy had come recommended by friends. She turned out to be very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She helped us prepare our home for sale and took care of many details regarding questions about the landfill behind our home. The sale took several months and she was there for over 100 showings. Our home was unique and she stayed with us until the right buyer was found. On a personal level she is friendly and compassionate. She became our friend, always looking out for our best interest. We highly recommend her.

Peggy is a perfect professional! Her optimistic and well- organized approach was a breath of fresh air coupled with her upbeat personality. She took her time assessing my property then provided excellent staging options to prepare the house for showing. She was very particular with the photos taken to present my home in the best views.
