I used Peggy as my agent to purchase my townhome.and I couldn’t have made a better choice. It is an absolutely crazy market today coming off of a pandemic, and Peggy was fantastic throughout the entire process. She explaining everything thoroughly,, was on top of everything and helped to quickly resolve a few obstacles i faced. For a few different reasons this was a bit of an emotional move and process for me and Peggy was wonderful by talking me through some difficult moments . I highly recommend her for anybody looking to make a move.

Peggy has been an amazing realtor for me and my husband during the entire process of buying our first home together. We lucked into finding her through Zillow and I feel so fortunate that we did. She took us to see many houses and was always courteous and gave us space while we looked through all the rooms. She was also very knowledgeable and answered so many questions for us and was quick to get back to us as well. She also showed us things along the way to look out for and consider when purchasing a home. Peggy also went out of her way and worked late hours explaining everything we needed to know the first time we put a bid in on a house. Eventually after a few bids we got our dream house! We outbid many other buyers and we believe it was an idea that Peggy had that gave us the edge we needed. We would highly recommend calling Peggy if you are looking for an amazing and competent realtor. You won’t be disappointed.

I've worked with Peggy since 2015, and have come to depend on her for all tips local, because she is just so amazing!! She has always gone out of her way to help, even when it will not yield any economic gains for her. There is not enough good words to say about her.

Peggy knows the local market so well, and always does a very thorough preparation before showing a property. I was always furnished with a well prepared folder of all the relevant information, including nice to know information. The level of professionalism always impresses me, and I am not the kind to be easily impressed.

Above all, she loves her work and it shows! She is extremely nice and helpful. For example, she showed me many properties during the span of a couple years without me buying any, and every single time, she still shows top notch professionalism, patience, helpfulness, level of details... I eventually bought a property, and she helped me rent out. When the tenant decided to rent for 6 month instead of 1 year, Peggy voluntarily dropped her commission to half.

All in all, I trust Peggy and always go to her for all my property needs
