Peggy Kernan

Peggy Kernan is a native Oregonian that knows Oregon and knows horse properties. Peggy grew up in a small coastal town, North Bend, and moved to the Willamette Valley 20+ years ago. Always with a dream of horses and country living, Peggy achieved that dream in 1990 with her husband and two boys.

After several years as an administrative assistant at a college, Peggy began to pursue her interest in Real Estate combined with her love of horses and country living. A perfect day for Peggy is loading up her horse, meeting up with girlfriends and enjoying a camping trip or day ride at the beach or Oregon Cascade Mountain range.

No neighbors, watching your horses graze out the window, always going to the barn with a few carrots in hand, sleeping with your window open and hearing the rooster crow in the morning, sunsets and watching stars at night—who could ask for a better lifestyle.

Peggy’s knowledge, thoroughness, and easy-going attitude in real estate transactions has built many long-lasting relationships and a respected reputation in acreage/horse property real estate. Boots, acreage property, horses, and great clients—doesn’t quite seem like work!
