Peggy Lord, NOW our forever realtor...wow! Where do we begin?
We interviewed 2 realtors ( Peggy Lord with Berkshire Hathaway and a small local real estate office) before we listed our home in Wenatchee. We chose to go with the local realtor associated with a small local real estate company. Our mistake.
Having purchased our home through this small local company, we felt we would be getting top notch, personal service. But, that was not the case. The service we received was certainly not top notch nor personal.
Having realized our mistake, we contacted the other realtor we interviewed...Peggy Lord, a realt⁰or with Berkshire Hathaway. Ms. Lord provided the top notch, personal service we expected.
Peggy had a professional photographer come to our home and posted numerous beautiful photos. She used her extensive network to share our home. She answered all our questions. In all ways, she was very professional as she presented her proposals for marketing our home. She provided all the details of the listing through the closing process that we needed to feel comfortable that we, indeed, finally make the right choice going with Peggy as our realtor.
Peggy, you have earned our trust and faith. Please know that any future real estate transactions in East Wenatchee or Wenatchee proper, will be with YOU!

Peggy recently helped me with my home purchase. I had a huge list of wants and needs. After 8 months of looking at many dozens of homes I had given up hope that I'd find just exactly what I wanted & thought I'd have to settle. But Peggy didn't give up. She persevered until she found a home that is absolutely perfect for me and my Mom. I'm thrilled. Peggy is professional, punctual, enthusiastic, detail oriented, kind, efficient and generous. She listens very well and asks effective questions - of me, neighbors, contractors, the city. She is excellent at getting answers and has an extensive network of locals. She knows and loves the Wenatchee Valley. I highly recommend her.

Peggy was just wonderful - she worked tirelessly for us - we weren't sure what we wanted a house or property, a house and property....?? but she worked with our craziness and when we found our perfect place, property, she helped us with the due diligence, (we live on the west side of the mountains, so don't know the area at all) she called utilities and worked with the title company. In this several month process, she became our friend. Peg was there every step of the way. We are very grateful for her and look forward to working with her, when we decide to build, she knows some great contractors as well. Thanks Peg!

Peggy Lord came highly recommended to us by a relative within the Berkshire Hathaway group since we did not know where to start with a search for our retirement home in the Wenatchee area. We travertine from out of town several times over the course of a year to look at homes with Peggy and she took great care to help us find the perfect place. My wife and I recently went through the process of finding a lot of land in our area. We came across Jessup Real Estate and were lucky enough to be paired up with Peggy Lord. She was there for us from Day 1 and helped us every step of the way.

Let me tell you, there was a lot of questions. Peggy was always able to timely, provide an answer, whether it was from her own experience or if she had to ask someone and get back to us. From start to finish, it was a smooth process and we couldn’t be happier.
