About Peggy

Peggy started in the mortgage and real state industry over twenty years ago. Working as a mortgage lender and moving to New Home Sales in 1996. In 1999 started actively listing and selling resale properties. In 2005, moved to an exclusive REO Brokerage and assisted in over 100 sales every year for the next several years. Moving to Long and Foster in 2011, broadening her area of expertise to include short sales and other types of distressed properties. Her team became ranked in the top one percent of all residential real estate agents in North America. Working with investors, banks and individuals to help them maximize their investment opportunities, Peggy realized she needed to move to a company with national and international recognition. Early in 2013, moved to Coldwell Banker and works w/ the REO department to help serve her clientele better. Her knowledge of REO and her attention to task deadlines and details have made her team the #1 team in her office. Peggy is licensed in Maryland & Pennsylvania.
