Peggy Varilla

My life has been a series of decisions that have led me to what I believe is my perfect vocation and purpose. Spending the last 10 years creating a seamless process for buying and selling homes has brought me so much happiness. I love what I do, I am good at it, and I am pretty certain it shows. My family and friends love me for my warmth and humor. My Clients love me for my expertise, passion, and knowledge of all things real estate. I am proactive, optimistic, and purposeful.

Fun facts: I have never drunk a cup of coffee in my life. I love listening to live music. Taking my two dogs on a walk makes me happy. I love baking – Bailey’s chocolate chip cheesecake is a specialty of mine. I am not a fancy one, I wear comfy shoes and try to stay warm. I am always cold. I love hosting parties and Holidays. I am very content vacationing on a beautiful beach and love to swim in the ocean (although I do have an irrational fear of being eaten by a shark). I love my family, and I am enjoying our current empty nest (it may be temporary, but it is NICE!). My kids are adulting, and it is awesome to witness.

I am a second-generation Realtor, my Mom was in the Real Estate business for 40+ years. I have spent my life advocating and caring for Elders, first as a CNA at 16 years old, then as a Social Worker specializing in long-term care, end-of-life/hospice, and Alzheimer’s. And now I have found my sweet spot helping Seniors as a Real Estate Advisor. It is my passion and my calling.

My vice: one can of ice-cold diet Coke (I know, I know, gotta kick that habit for good!).
