This is long overdue, but my wife and I absolutely love Penni. Just read the other reviews on here and you will see that everyone says the same thing.

Penni helped us find our first home in 2015. It was an overwhelming process that Penni simplified and helped us with in more ways than we probably realize. She then helped us sale our home earlier this year, and she did an INCREDIBLE job. In three days we had 15 offers to choose from. What is even more amazing is she helped us find our dream home, which we would have missed out on if anyone else was our realtor. Her expertise and timeliness allowed us to make an offer before many other offers came flooding in, and we were able to get an amazing home. This was no easy task as houses were selling left and right, but Penni made it all happen. She is truly a God-send.

Seriously, if you're considering a realtor to help you find a home or sale yours, I highly recommend that you reach out to Penni. I promise that you will not be disappointed. She is one of my favorite people on this earth and words can't do justice for how much she has helped us. I have heard horror stories of what other people had to go through with less than professional realtors, and I'm extremely thankful that we never had to experience that. Thank you Penni!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could. We are truly thankful for you!!

THE BEST! Hands down!

Penni supported us through navigating different builders and lenders in the early stages of our home buying experience. We were open to both ideas of building and buying existing. She asked questions that we wouldn’t have thought to ask, but would make a major impact to our home buying/building experience.

After losing out on a home (our own fault for being too stubborn - but she did have concerns about some potential major repairs and voiced those to us...looking back, I feel confident in saying that we dodged a bullet) and a little bit of hope earlier this summer, we walked into our dream home just hours after it had hit the market with an already half-wrote offer drawn up. We walked outside and all Penni had to say was, “just listen to me.” A few hours later, we got the call that they accepted our offer out of several AND OURS WASN’T EVEN THE HIGHEST! I’m not going to spill all of her secrets, but let me just say a GOOD realtor is worth it - it’s worth it to both you and your family to make smart investments.

Penni was our realtor for selling our first home and purchasing our second home at the same time. She made herself available at any hour and replied to questions on weekends. Penni would show all homes we would find ourselves while continuously providing examples of homes on the market that met our price and desired qualities. Penni worked with us to find the perfect house. She allowed us to look at multiple properties with short notice. She gave us multiple hours worth of viewing different homes , advice through phone calls, and help through the paperwork process.
