A Minot resident of 28 years, Penny Belgarde has been involved in many aspects of the great Minot, ND community including being a current and active red coat ambassador through the Minot Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteering for junior achievement in local schools.

Penny has raised two children, alongside her husband, in the Minot community. She has loved working, volunteering, and taking advantage of the beauty, history, and amenities in Minot.
Penny absolutely loves working as a realtor and owes her success in real estate to her past work experience in mortgage, business, management, and education that has prepared her to understand and appreciate the process of home buying and selling. After going through the flood of 2011 in Minot, Penny lost her home. She and her husband, along with her extended family, rebuilt their home and was one of the first few homes sold that was flooded. Her next home was a new build, and she played a huge part in planning the completion of her home. Her understanding of how a home is built plays a significant role in advising and guiding clients through the home buying and selling process.
