When my home had not sold and had been listed previously by two other agents, I really did not expect anyone to give me different results. However, Penny sat down and explained the entire process to me. She was very thorough and told me what I should expect. I was still very leary but decided to give her a try. I am so glad that I did. I am very OCD. When Penny came to list my home, I let her know right away what I expected. She said she could handle it. I immediately started getting showings. She kept me updated with all of the feedback and told me what we needed to do in order to get the home sold faster. When the time came for me to accept an offer, I was so excited. Selling my mother's home was a very difficult decision to make. Penny was referred to me by a neighbor that was using her as their agent at the time. When me and my wife were looking at homes, we didn't really know what we were doing. There were times that we were frustrated and Penny would calm us down and let us know what we needed to be doing. We decided to sell the home that we raised our children in. We had talked to several Realtors and were not happy with what we were being told. We remembered the one that had helped our daughter find a home. We asked Penny to come out and take a look at our home. She was optimistic and was sure we could get what we were asking. She came out the next day to take photos and get our home listed on the MLS. While she was taking photos, we heard her talking to someone on the phone about our home. She said she was taking pictures of a home that would be perfect for that person. We were so impressed by her trying to get our home sold so quickly. Although it wasn't the person she was talking to on the phone that bought our home, we did get a full price offer the very next day. Janet M

When my home sold quicker than I expected it to, my financing was complete for my new home. Penny negotiated with the buyers of my home and the sellers of my new home. I was able to get moved when the time was right for everyone. What a life saver.

I decided to buy a new construction home and did not hire an agent. Even though I had spoken with Penny before, I thought that I could handle a builder and was told that I would get a better price without an agent. That was a bad mistake on my part. My home was supposed to have been finished in two weeks so I decided it was time to put my home on the market. My home sold in less than 24 hours. I still thought that this was ok. Unfortunately, my builder stopped working on my new home and was working on other homes that he thought needed to be built quicker than mine. We were given excuse after excuse as to why our home was not being completed. Penny explained that she was unable to negotiate for us with the builder since we had not hired her as a buyer's agent. However, she gave us some valuable advice. We were able to get the builder back on track and ended up getting a better deal in the process. I will never again purchase a home without the help of Penny.

I didn't think that I could buy a home. I had been turned down for financing and told Penny that I didn't qualify. She asked me a few questions and then put me in touch with a loan officer. To our surprise, we were approved for a mortgage and we began looking for homes immediately. It didn't take long for us to find the right home for us. I am so glad that we actually listened and trusted Penny.
