About Penny

A Texas native, Penny Tower Cook arrived in Dallas to attend the Hockaday School and stayed for her love of the community. With a marketing degree from SMU, Penny took a friend’s suggestion and obtained her real estate license shortly after graduation – advice which led to her thriving career with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.

As a wife, mother, Realtor and volunteer, Penny Tower Cook is deeply rooted in the community. Having lived in several different Dallas neighborhoods, Penny appreciates the character and charm of each area, and strives to find her clients the perfect fit.
