Penny and Devin sold my father's property for me. It was a small property, but they treated me like it was a million dollar property. She was there for me every step of the way. Penny is a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Professional. She is well informed about the market in the East Tennessee area and can properly price a house to sell.

We used Penny to buy a home and then, almost seven years later, to sell a home. With both experiences, her performance was exceptional. Penny is very attentive to detail. She is easy to contact and she is willing to make the extra effort that is frequently needed to make sure deals close.

I did not think a real estate transaction could go any smoother than our first experience with Penny when my wife and I purchased our cabin in 2017. But, I must say our most recent transaction was even better! We informed Penny we were interested in selling our cabin, and within a few weeks, it was a done deal at our asking price. Closing occurred within a week of signing the offer. Penny’s network is amazing, and her understanding of the market allowed us to just sit back and let her do her job. We are not local, so again Penny had to do all the heavy lifting and leg work, which she does not mind. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process. She also arranged for us to do everything remotely, including the actual closing. I could go on and on about what a professional and expert Penny is. What I learned from our first experience with Penny was to let her do her thing and stay out of her way, and she will make it easy for you. Already looking for our next deal together.

Penny Cowell is definitely a one-of-a-kind professional. She knows her markets and she is very capable of providing as much or as little information and assistance as you need. Which in my case was a lot!
I became aware of just how thorough penny is when she not only laid out her plan for the sale of my property but walked me through her thought process, which included my own personal goals and aspirations related to the sale of my cabin.
When the offers came in Penny set up a phone meeting, as I live out of state, to go over each offer in detail. In the end I chose the best offer for me, with a specified condition which Penny negotiated for me and I am delighted!
And through the entire process from the signing of the initial contact do presentation of the offers, to the closing I must have emailed and texted Penny dozens of times and she happily answered each one of them in a timely manner. Usually an immediate response regardless of whether it was something major or something trivial. I just can't say enough about penny. I was looking for the best and I found the best in Penny Cowell. I wanted someone aggressive honest and personable and Penny did not disappoint.

Penny was fantastic to work with. She helped me sell my home and buy another, which was tricky, we needed to make sure I closed on the same day for both homes, which she was able to do. She was so efficient and answered all questions I had, as well, she explained her role and everything involved so clearly. She made sure every little detail was taken care of.
