We were fortunate to have Penny Glenn of REMAX represent us in the sale of our home during Winter 2021, and very impressed on how she successfully navigated house showings during winter snowfall.
We had multiple offers in the first week of listing and quickly closed on the sale of our home, primarily because of Penny's efforts. Penny stayed in frequent contact with us, and she made herself available after normal business work hours to make our home sale successful in a very short amount of time.

Penny is one of the hardest working people we have met in this industry.
She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market in Fauquier County and the surrounding areas, market value, loan options and their effect on closing, and many contractual issues. She often provided her expertise to less seasoned realtors during this process. Penny had a great eye for staging. Her professional photographer took amazing photos of our home, and there is a clear difference in professional photos versus those taken from a cell phone.

Home sales and purchases can be highly stressful, so we highly recommend Penny Glenn. You want to trust your important purchase to a top-notch professional. Penny is the gold standard!

Penny helped my parents buy their home and they referred me for my first purchase. Penny and her team are AMAZING! She is so willing to show you every house. We would call her for a house we just notice on ZILLO or Redfin and she did research and set up time to meet us at the house so quickly. I like her customer service and willing to go the extra mile. Most realtors just send you links and your on your own.

I can’t say enough good things about Penny Glenn! Her knowledge on all things related to Real Estate is so impressive! The advice she gives is based on what she would personally do in that exact situation and I can really appreciate someone who isn’t in the business to make money off of her clients, but instead to make her clients happy! She has been our seller and right beside us when we were ready to purchase. Her experience working with resales as well as new home builds is extensive. She is and will be our realtor for life as long as we are in the area. We will use her time and time again. Penny made our needs her first priority and in doing so she became family.
