In 2020, I was referred to Penny from a good friend of mine. I reached out to Penny and she immediately made contact with me, we gave her information on what we were looking for and what cities we were interested in. She helped us make a list of of homes. We were fortnite to have found our home within 2 days and conveniently it was being advertised by Gold Star Realty by the seller and another realtor with the same company. Penny was able to help us get our offer into play within 20 minutes after finding out home. She gave us an expected date of closing and it actually happened on the exact date she said it would happen. I would definitely recommend Penny Miller to anyone who moves to Kentucky, she's an amazing woman and is great at listening and understanding what her client's want, and she's very patient. In 2023, after living in our home that Penny Miller from Gold Star Realty helped us find, it was time for us to sell it as my time assigned to my duty station was coming to an end. We again reached out to Penny to help us sell our home. She took numerous pictures, measured every room to acquire exact square footage, took down all the information and what we wanted to sell our home for, after all of the hard work we put into it over the last 2.5 years. She placed her sign out front, and headed to the office. 30 minutes later we got a knock at the door asking for our interested selling price. Penny called us the next day to tell us we had 3 possibly 5 parties interested. After the 3rd interested buyer we settled on an agreement, signed our contract and almost 30 days later, we closed as scheduled again. Penny has a wonderful work ethic, she's very professional, and I would choose and recommend her over and over again for both buying and selling our homes. If we ever get the opportunity to move back to Kentucky again, we're definitely hiring Penny Miller from Gold Star Realty! Thank you Penny for everything!!!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Penny is an exceptional, and experienced realtor who will helped us in every step of the buying process. She is very thorough, patient, and honest about about what is on the market. She won't steer you in the wrong direction. She only has your best interest at heart and genuinely wants to help you find what you are looking for. There were many aspects about the housing process I was not aware of, but Penny was a great teacher and top notch negotiater. She is definitely someone you can trust, along with those on her team. We have had the pleasure of working with Penny Miller for about a year now. We started looking for a new home in the Elizabethtown area of Kentucky in January of 2019. Penny was the only one of several agents that took the time to work with us. She was extremely patient with us, since we were unable to tour any homes in the area until October 2019. During the 8 months it took to get there, she was always keeping us posted on the most current listings. Once we were able to see some homes, she gave us all the time that we needed to find just the right home. When that home final showed up, she worked diligently to help us get our new home.
