Excellent Agent! Penny did a fantastic job getting this estate sale ready for market. She staged it so it was a welcoming home. In fact, it was so welcoming that it was under contract the first weekend on the market! Penny is easy to get to know and a great communicator. Above and Beyond! From the first meeting at the house we knew we had the best in the business. Penny was professional and really got to know us and knew what we needed to get things moving on the sale of our lake house. Penny took care of all the details very quickly; getting comps in the area and took time to also stage the home for its first showings. Communication was excellent between us and other agents. We had an offer within 2days and we closed 3 weeks later! Not only did we have the best experience but we made a new friend as well. I highly recommend Penny Miller for all your real estate needs!

Do yourself a favor! Call Penny. It was such an incredible experience working with Penny. From start to finish she was there to help get our home ready to sell. She was quick to help with last-minute negotiations with the buyer. She went above and beyond to get us to the closing table. We felt that she always had our best interest at heart.

Best realtor ever! We found penny through a recommendation. She was always fast to reply with any questions or concerns we had which was very important to us since we moved out of state. Sale of a house can be stressful. But Penny can put you at ease. Most importantly, Penny knows the market. She invests time and energy to make your house show out and for interested buyers to show up. She is also great to help sellers get through the inspection and closing process. You can’t find a better person to market your house. She is knowledgeable, friendly, positive, creative, and is the best at what she does. One thing she does is she gives concierge service by pointing you to trusted vendors to ease the stress of moving out of a house. In short, there is no reason to go to anybody else.

Penny is the BEST! She's your best advocate in the home-buying process and will always look out for your best interests. She's super flexible with timing and makes sure you make a totally informed decision about buying a house. When you're looking for a home, you want to make sure you're looking at all the things, including the details you might not notice. Penny looks at things like foundation, electric, etc and lets you know if there are any things that probably won't pass inspection and/or will cost you a lot to fix. Plus, she's really fun to go see houses with and you feel like you know her really quickly. She also has tons of recommendations for any repairs/upgrades you may want to make and they're all fantastic. We've bought two houses and sold one through her and can't recommend her highly enough! We love you!

My husband and I met Penny Miller at an open house when we were just toying with the idea of relocating. Penny’s easy, outgoing personality and extensive knowledge of the area put us at ease and solidified our decision to list our home for sale and relocate within the same area. We were not disappointed. Penny put together a fabulous listing that showed our home in its best light. She did some creative targeted marketing; bringing the home to the attention qualified buyers within easy commute distance of the home. She got the job done.
In the purchase of our new home Penny was just as wonderful. Not only did she work tirelessly finding and showing us homes that fit our criteria Penny was always available and responsive to our calls, texts and emails. She found us our dream home and saved us thousands of dollars by encouraging and couching us to be firm but fair negotiators.
