Penny is the best agent you could possibly work with. She was the one who originally found us our condo and, even with so many offers on it, she managed to score it for us. At the time she told us it would be a great investment that would grow in value and she was absolutely right. Fast forward to selling, and thanks to her knowledge of the market and effort, we ended up getting the highest valued sale in the whole complex. Penny helped us sell 10% above list price a few days after listing, selecting from over 20 offers and a half dozen competitive offers. With a unique modern house with various improvements, there weren't many similar homes in our area. We wanted a realtor who could draw buyers and establish the value of the house above the comps, and Penny helped by recommending contractors to fix a couple minor items and get the house looking its best. She also arranged professional photo and video. We had a large crowd for the open house and fully booked showings from when we listed until going contingent. Closing went smoothly.

From Day 1, with her initial walkthrough suggestions, she knows what the market wants and guided me through the process. Her advice and counsel on preparing the house (from what to spend money on to position the house for rapid sale at the optimal ROI - to suggestions on staging the house to showcase its best features) was invaluable. Her connections to all the best local vendors for painting, electric, landscaping, etc, saved us significant time/money because we got the right people on the first shot. We actually started the process of selling our home 8 months before it was actually listed. Penny came over, walked through our home and offered many helpful suggestions. The minute she left we started on her recommendations. While we had not signed a contract with her yet, she was always available whenever we called with questions.

Fast forward to us listing our home. Our house looked wonderful when we listed it. It was a clean, a well maintained home but Penny's expertise took it to the next level.

By the end of the first weekend it was on the market we had multiple offers all over asking price! It was a team effort however, we could not have done it without Penny's guidance.
