Penny and Connie were born and raised in Vestal, NY, as one of two sets of twins in the family. Penny started her career at the age of 18 as one of the Town of Vestal Court Clerks, where she worked for 7 years. It was at this job where she met her soon to be husband, an Army Recruiter. They began a life of traveling and relocation to many interesting places including Panama, North Carolina, Louisiana and State College, PA. It was while they were stationed at Fort Bragg that Penny entered into the Mortgage Industry. Which she continued for 6 years in the last two places they were stationed. In 2001 while stationed at Penn State, she made the decision to switch from Mortgages, to Real Estate Sales. Penny has been in the real estate industry totaling 28 years.

Connie has found her interests to closely mirror Penny's (not uncommon for identical twins!) and took over her role of Court Clerk for Vestal after Penny married. After Penny's husband retired in 2004, they moved back to the Binghamton area. This is when Penny convinced Connie to join her and become a Twin Real Estate Team. Connie has worked with Penny in the Real Estate business for the past 17 years.

Penny and Connie have always enjoyed interacting with the public and most of all, helping people. Real Estate offers that and much more! Making sure their clients are well taken care of through the whole buying and selling process, is what they take the most pride in. They truly take the pressure off their clients? shoulders and onto their own.
