I inherited a home from my uncle passing. Living in IL (Chicago) and not knowing anyone in the Elkhart/ Bristol area, Penny was recommended to me. From the first phone call, to the closing, Penny was an absolute blessing. From her communication, knowledge and dedication to help me with selling process. It took me longer than expected to get the house market ready than I hoped, but Penny always stayed in touch checking on me. Once on the market the house sold in a week.

I would absolutely hand down, recommend Penny and her team to help buy or sell a home.

Penny is fantastic! I was relocating from South Carolina to South Bend, Indiana so viewing homes in person was difficult. Penny went above and beyond, providing virtual tours, additional videos and photos of homes that I was not able to view in person. She listened to what I wanted and did not waste my time with listings that did not fit my criteria. She provided great insight and valuable advice. I met Penny at the first house I looked at during the end of last year. I had been looking online at houses online for a while and thought I should start going in person to look at them. I was very thankful for how willing Penny was to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The market at the time was very limited and I had very few choices. I was surprised that right after New Years Penny let me know about a house that had just came on the market that sounded promising. So I scheduled a tour of it, and it felt like the right one. Penny helped me every step of the way in making an offer and purchasing this house that is now my own. I was very thankful for all her help and guidance through the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone that needs help in the home buying process.
