Nick and Penny Tenpenny are longtime Nashville/Franklin residents. Both attended Lipscomb University-Go Mustangs! They have extensive geographical knowledge of Davidson and Williamson counties, but conduct real estate in many surrounding areas as well. The have been awarded many times from Keller Williams for being in the top 10% regionally and were the Top Team in Sales in Keller Williams in Tennessee in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Benchmark Realty, where they are thriving! They love to serve their community and their church.
