Pennye and Nadia were exceptional helpful in assisting me in selling my deceased mom’s home. In living in NC and trying to sell property in DC could have been a monumental stressful task. However, coming into contact with these two ladies, was a God- send. They guided me from the beginning to the end. Sold the property in a relatively short period of time for the price for which I was comfortable. In addition, Nadia was with me through closing to the final signing. These two ladies took real good care of their client and the communication was superb. I highly recommend them for all your selling needs. Satisfied client!

Twenty seven years after buying my first house and 10 real estate transactions later, I can honestly say I just worked with the best realty team from Seattle to DC. The Pennye Green Team at Long & Foster is the best. Pennye continuously came up with exceptional alternatives to every challenged we faced. She worked incredibly hard to sell my DC condo in a very difficult market. She and her team continually kept me updated and immediately answered my calls/texts.
