About Pete

Born in Montreal, P.Q., Canada on September 24th, 1966, Pete’s family came to the Ormond Beach, Florida area in February of 1980. Pete is a graduate of Seabreeze High School (1984) gaining his formal education at the University of Florida in Gainesville majoring in Finance with a minor concentration in Economics in June of 1988. Pete is a retired 31 year local area banker initially starting with SunBank, N.A. in Orlando; Volusia County (Daytona Beach), then with Tomoka State Bank (New Smyrna Beach) and with SouthTrust Bank of Volusia County (Daytona Beach/New Smyrna Beach). His last 19+ years in banking was as the President and CEO of Friends Bank until he marketed the organization to Fairwinds Credit Union of Orlando in September 2019. Pete has also successfully piloted his own Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts franchises in Ormond Beach with his family back in 1992-1995 selling the business and underlying real estate for investment. Pete’s professional experience and collective skill set includes commercial real estate underwriting, and real estate investment analysis. Pete’s is proficient in, and specializes in the preparation of Proforma NOI analyses for real estate investments, the process of all phases of land development, construction & land development, and LOI's for Commercial Leasing.

Pete also services the legal community in partition action suits and provides valuation summaries on properties for equitable distribution purposes and the sale of such assets through the courts.

Pete's passion is about building solid relationships with clients through his service by sharing his many years of personal business experience and his overall real estate knowledge.
