About Pete

Pete graduated from the University of Montana in 1991 and professionally worked as a schoolteacher, baseball coach, and National Park Service employee in the summers before starting his Real Estate Career in 1998.

Pete started out selling land and camps with Adirondack Catskill Land Company, which evolved into Christmas and Associates in 2001. Since then, Pete has sold land with a few different companies throughout NY and MT, specializing in marketing and selling land, country homes, land, and cabins until he decided to start his own brokerage in March 2018.

Presently, owner of NY Outdoors Realty, LLC where Pete strives to have continued success working with buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals. Pete has 20 years of high land sales experience in NY and MT and is a yearly multimillion-dollar seller. He is also a Cabela’s trophy properties award winner. He enjoys working very hard, and real estate has become a lifestyle for him…very enthusiastic about upstate NY and when he is not working with people and exploring NY State for work, Pete enjoys family time with his lovely wife Laura and two children.
