He communicated every step of the way to both myself and my partner, making sure we were both directly informed of each piece of the process. He worked with our hectic schedules and always made us feel like a priority. I never felt rushed or pressured. Pete was both professional and warm throughout the entire process.

They say that buying a house is the most stressful thing you will ever experience and honestly, that is an understatement. Or it was… Until we found Pete. We went through multiple realtors in multiple states and the process was an absolute nightmare, until we met Pete. Pete was always available for our texts and calls whether it was 7 AM or PM. He knew exactly what we needed to do for us to purchase our dream home. Pete Tucker by far is one of the most persistent realtor we had. He spent countless hours researching and following up with us to ensure we was satisfied. Pete, is very knowledgeable, flexible, and understanding. I known Pete for 3 years since he rented us our first home. Here we are 2 home purchases later. Pete Tucker his the best realtor I have ever worked with. He would work all hours of the day to find you goods and bads of a property you didn’t even know of. He made sure the property you select has no “ hidden” issues that would make you not want the home. I have never seen a realtor give such non-bias, in depth and caring break downs of each viewed property to protect his clients. He FaceTimed us mostly to show properties and was available when needed. If you buy a home anywhere within 60 miles of quântico and you are not using Pete Tucker, you are wasting your time!!! Thank you again for everything !!
