Peter Molloy

Peter Molloy is proud to say he has lived a “wonderfully sheltered life” having only lived in Portland & Yarmouth his entire life. Peter believes this experience growing up in southern Maine has allowed him the ability to provide outstanding service and advice to all his clients through his knowledge of the area and the people that live here. Peter prides himself on his commitment to guiding his clients with the utmost skill, honesty and integrity. Developing a trusting and collaborative relationship with his clients in order to help them successfully achieve their real estate goals.

Peter enjoys working with both buyers and sellers of single-family homes & condominiums, as well as investment properties and land. His primary areas of expertise and focus is in the greater Portland area, particularly the towns of Yarmouth, Falmouth, Cumberland, North Yarmouth, Freeport, Portland, South Portland, Scarborough. However, in his 20 years of working in real estate he has also become enamored with the mid coast areas from Brunswick, Harpswell, Bath & Phippsburg up through Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor and inland to Alna. Additionally, Peter has become well versed in selling oceanfront & lakefront properties particularly in the Mid-Coast and the Lake Region areas.

Peter has been happily married since 1999 to his wife Lisa, who he met in Portland in 1996. They have two wonderful kids, Jack and Maya, twins who are Juniors at Yarmouth High School. Prior to working in real estate, Peter has enjoyed a career in the television/radio media buying industry as a media buyer, then company director and finally a business owner. Peter is a proud graduate from Cheverus High School, class 1991 and he attended Stonehill College, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, class of 1995.

Outside of the real estate industry, Peter tries to spend as much of his time with his family & friends enjoying the many great Maine outdoor activities such as boating around Casco Bay and the Maine coast, skiing at the local mountains like Sunday River, Sugarloaf & Shawnee as well as watching his kids participate in their favorite team sports of lacrosse and soccer. Peter continues to be active in hockey having coached at the youth, middle school and high school levels over the course of 15 years and he continues to enjoy playing hockey himself with a few local leagues.
