Peter Sieglaff

Peter Sieglaff was educated at Deerfield Academy, Harvard College, and the University of Virginia Law School. After college, he served four years in the Navy as an officer in submarines. After law school, Peter moved to Wilmington, Delaware, where he practiced law as a partner of Potter, Anderson and Corroon for 20 years. Peter vacationed in Boca Grande beginning in 1968 and moved to the Island in 1991. He began his real estate career in 1992 with the opening of the Buyer’s Broker of Boca Grande. Peter joined Gulf to Bay in 2004 and has bought or sold over 100 properties on Gasparilla Island. The Steffan • Sieglaff Team represented the Gasparilla Island Conservation Association for its purchase of the $20 million 30-acre conservation tract at the gateway to the Island. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Island School, the Boca Grande Health Clinic Foundation, and the Gasparilla Island Conservation and Improvement Association. Peter has three children, seven grandchildren and enjoys golf, fly fishing and an occasional game of poker. He is a member of the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club and Golf Club. Peter lives, works, and plays on the Island.
