About Peter

Peter is an active member of the very successful Rye office of Coldwell Banker and continues to expand his experience in the world of real estate. Born and raised in England, with a successful career overseas in the Pharmaceutical industry, he resided in Switzerland before moving to Westchester in 2006.

With more than 26 years in the corporate world, Peter enjoys applying his skills in communication, project management and troubleshooting whilst helping sellers and buyers achieve their real estate dreams. Having relocated ‘across the pond', Peter has a sound understanding of the challenges faced by families who are moving overseas and loves helping make smooth transitions. With a GMS designation, Peter is specialized in global workforce mobility and committed to the needs of all relocation clients.

After graduating with a degree in Chemistry Peter held various senior management positions specializing in Quality Assurance with a focus on a ‘right first time' approach - a philosophy that he believes is a great way to serve clients in real estate. Peter employs his objective and research focused skills to ensure that all of his clients get the home they desire at the best price possible.

With a ‘client first' mentality, Peter believes in creating relationships where honesty, fairness and professionalism are above all. Peter loves to help clients achieve their goals through diligent hard work and a common sense approach derived from a patient and an understanding nature.

An athlete by nature, Peter spends his free time golfing at some of the great courses in Westchester and enjoys the outdoors. He also has a deep passion for motor sports and worldwide travel. His friends and coworkers would describe him as easy going and a true gentleman.

Peter made buying a home a breeze. He helped me every step of the way. He took the time to explain the process and this made me feel safe. Peter is very patient. He is also extremely professional; he always responded to my emails almost instantly. Peter always knew the answers to all my questions. If he did not know the answer, he would find out and get back to me right away.
Peter made me feel like I had a friend on the “inside” working for me. His negotiation skills are superb. He also has a team of professionals working with him. You will find that buying or selling a home with Peter is a one stop deal.

Very detail oriented, Peter doesn't miss a beat, everything is up front with no unpleasant surprises. He works hard negotiating on your behalf for the very best price on your property, whether buying or selling.
It's refreshing to find a realtor that cares for your needs in a very active market with most other realtors following an easier path.
