Petra has always been drawn to real estate and connecting people. Whether it is finding a new restaurant in the neighborhood, a good house painter, or helping a friend find a good preschool – she will always have a resource for you. Her goal as a broker is to help you find the right home by listening to your needs and working hard to connect you with your ideal home. She loves that Portland has so many neighborhoods and each has its own personality and benefits.
Petra moved to Portland in ’93 and fell in love with the city right away. Portland has changed and grown so much over the years, and she still wouldn’t live anywhere else. She purchased and remodeled her first home in ’94 and has lived in SE and NE Portland ever since. Her background is in fine arts, design, and modern quilting. These skills help her in seeing the potential a home has to offer and also making a listed home look its best.
When Petra is not scouring new listings, she is working on remodeling her third home with her two teenagers (while in reality she is remodeling her home while they watch). Portland’s rich atmosphere contains plenty of interesting restaurants and neighborhoods, which she loves to explore.
