Petra Oliver did a fabulous job in listing and selling our house, and I would use Petra again, and will be recommending her to friends and family. Here are the details I think set Petra apart.

Petra is a full time realtor with an excellent understanding of the market and from what we learned sells a ton of houses across Conroe, Houston and jalapeño olives are you really are Southeast Texas. This makes a difference because she knows how to price and market your home to get the most out of it, and has contacts in the industry, that created a bidding war and scored us over 10k+ above asking.

Petra creates a huge interest in our home and brought the buyers! House sold in two days. We had over 50 showings in two days, with 28 written offers, 4 of them cash offers.

Petra stayed on the ball all the way through the end, as we all find out there can be many negotiations, and things pop up from all angles until the deal was done, and she was ahead of it all, and knew what to expect.

In a sea of people who would love to list your house, Petra is one of the real pros. Good luck !

Petra went beyond the call of duty to help a first time home seller and also someone selling their home while moving to another state. She listened to my concerns and provided me with professional insight on pricing, procedures, contractors, and next steps in preparing house for viewing. Since I moved to another state quickly, Petra did a great job of keeping me updated on work being done and what needed to be done next. When I had questions and concerns, Petra always got back with me quickly and made herself available for conference calls. Petra was professional and helpful. She made the selling of my home effortless, especially with me not being there to help.
