Petra was wonderful to work with! She kept track everything and had a contact for just about everything we needed. When our house was in disarray during the final walkthrough, she contacted cleaners and had the house fully deep cleaned prior to our move in! She made our first time home buying experience a breeze!

Petra Quinn provided excellent service in selling my sister’s house in an estate sell. The house was in need of repair and refurbishment. She guided me through the process of determining where to put my available funds to use in bringing out the primary value of the house. The relationships she has developed with a number of contractors served me well. Since I live out of state (1 ½ hours away), she both helped in retaining their services and providing them access.
When multiple issue developed between purchase and settlement she stepped up and took them on as her own. She managed both my and the buyer’s expectation leading to a successful conclusion for both of us. I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling a property.

I live in Columbia, MD and decided to purchase a home on Kent Island. I was initially directed to another realtor by my finance company. I wondered upon Petra while inquiring about a property. Just bought my first forever home with Petra! Not only was a I a first time homebuyer, I was a first time home buyer with limited income wanting to buy in QA County and I chose a short sale. It took is almost 5 months from start to close but Petra was amazing! She stuck by my side, answered all my questions and supported me when I was feeling overwhelmed. Petra helped me find my first home an guide me through the purchasing process and I couldn't imagine working with anyone who would have done a better job than herself. Cant say enough good things about this crew. We just bought a home. As first time home buyers we wanted to make sure we had the right person on our side. That person was Petra Quinn (and her team). We met with and were shown homes buy multiple agents. All of which were trying to "push" us into homes out of our price range and that didn't have what we were looking for.

Petra actually listened. She found us EXACTLY what we wanted and was instrumental in us acquiring our home for the right price. What was also nice is the fact that these guys are an independent firm. My family and I support local, independent business. We're not the Amazon / Walmart type. With Realty Nav, we got personal, caring, open and honest service. It felt like the good ol' days where a spit in the palm and a handshake meant your solid!

I can't recommend them enough. Great people that love what the do and actually car about getting you into the home that is right for you and your family. 10 STARS!

Petra is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile in order to close the transaction for her clients. She treats the smallest transaction just as importantly as the large. I have worked with Petra behind the scenes as Processor, Office Manager and Settlement Officer at the title companies I worked for and have watched her work ethic for 13 years. I have always been impressed. Recently, she discovered on her own, through her own research, that a First Time Home Buyer in Kent County can get help from the county to buy. The deal would have been dead without this help. She doesn't give up and has the grit it takes to get the transaction to closing while providing one of the best customer experiences known to our area. If you are looking to buy or sell, use Petra. You will be in good hands.

Petra Quinn is a very proper and refined speaking lady who actually listens and works hard to find that special place that you always wanted! Petra worked only a few months to find the right home at the right price! I am totally in awe of what she found me! Petra spends hours, even days investigating new houses for her clients (on her time!) So she knows what the house looks like! I've dealt with other agents and it's like discovery quest! Most have pictures and don't really know what to expect when looking at a home listing! Take my word, if you are looking for a home......Go to Petra! You won't be disappointed

Petra Quinn is a very helpful down to earth real estate agent. She helped us every step of the way. She explained what we needed to do, home inspection, well inspection, sewage inspection, etc. She set up all of this for us and was there when the inspections were done, awesome. we couldn't have been more pleased with her help and guidance. We thank her very much for all she did for us in the buying process. We will highly endorse Petra to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
