With over 16 years’ experience as a licensed real estate broker on Martha's Vineyard and over $175 million in sales on-island, Peyton is a gifted, knowledgeable professional with an exceptional array of abilities and marketing savvy. He has guided buyers and sellers successfully through both difficult markets, like that seen in 2008-2009, and more robust periods. Also, he has experience with the luxury market in Manhattan, where he was a REBNY member and worked recently on a WSJ top 100 team. He still holds real estate licenses in Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut, and has a wide network of contacts spanning multiple markets.
Peyton received a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania, where he captained the varsity golf team and achieved Academic All-American status for his final two years. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he spent summers with his family on the Edgartown Great Pond. He graduated high school from San Francisco University High School, and his immediate family resides in Manhattan, the Bay Area and Santa Fe, New Mexico. He resides in West Tisbury with his wife Christina and their two children.
