I'm so glad I chose Phaedrea Watkins as my realtor for my first home purchase! She listened to what I wanted, offered guidance when a better option/choice was available, and was a true advocate for me in a CRAZY housing market! After being outbid for my first 3 offers, Phaedrea suggested that I consider building, and that was the best decision I could make! She visited the construction site often, kept me abreast of progress made, and she also answered my MANY questions. Phaedrea went above and beyond what I expected and I highly recommend her to anyone who may be buying or selling a home!

Phaedrea was always prompt in responding to my questions and taking actions, day and night. Great experience!!! Phaedrea helped us find a home in this extremely competitive market. She was accommodating, patient, no-nonsense, efficient and organized. She was also present and helpful throughout the entire process from our first (of many) tours, all the way to the signing of the final paper at closing. I would definitely work with her again and will be referring my friends and family to her also.
