About Phanerrica
Phanerrica is a native Philadelphian and a longstanding resident of the Art Museum area. She began her professional career as a Registered Nurse specializing in the care of oncology patients. While assisting patients through physically and emotionally difficult times, she learned valuable life lessons — the greatest lesson being the importance of seizing the present moment, or "carpe diem". It was that lesson that inspired Phanerrica to pursue her entrepreneurial goals and embark on a career in real estate.
In 2004, she completed a Post Baccalaureate program in Marketing Management at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. She later attended Temple University Real Estate Institute. Since embarking on her real estate career, she has amassed a long list of satisfied clients who have become repeat customers and friends.
In addition to her love for real estate, she also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, yoga and art. She maintains her passion for healing by serving as the Co-Coordinator of the Esophageal Cancer Support Group at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves as a founding board member for local nonprofit The Esophageal Cancer Support Group of Philadelphia.
Whether you are a first-time homebuyer in search of your "dream home", a current homeowner looking to make a transition or an investor looking to maximize your bottom line, you can count on Phanerrica to put her years of real estate expertise to work to assist you in actualizing your goals. Her aim is to build trusting, longstanding relationships through honesty, professionalism and courteous service. She specializes in representing home buyers and sellers in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. She truly loves this area and prides herself on providing service you can trust.
