Penny and her daughter Phantasa, have been nothing short of amazing. I called Penny at 6:00 a.m. one morning about a property I was interested in, expecting just to leave a voicemail per usual with realtors, she answered. 10 minutes later I had all the details I had asked for. I was pressed for time and they made it happen. We had a deal locked in that night, signing on the hood of her car. I was used to having to call realtors 4-5 times to get a answer, not with Penny. She’ll answer you right away, Penny and her daughter care about and look at you as a person not a dollar sign, they knew I was having a daughter they went out and got me stuff for my daughter!!! If you need a realtor that actually genuinely cares and someone you can trust that will actually work a contract for your benefit look no further. They are in it to help people. Don’t let how many times you see someone’s name advertised make you think they are “better”realtors than Penny and Phantasa. I made that mistake, but it won’t happen again, I give my word on that.

Phantasa was nice and kind enough to show us a property virtually after hours so that my husband could be present for the viewing and also we did not have to drive all the way from a different state to see it. She was very fast in responding to my questions and very sweet about it. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property. Thanks.

Phantasa is a ray of sunshine to work with! She is so sweet and thoughtful and made sure that the entire home-buying journey for us was as less-stressful as possible. She assured us the entire time that what we want and need in a house is considered and that our concerns were taken care of. We are so happy to have worked with her and would not have wanted another realtor if we had to do all of this again. ♥️

Very responsive and showed us several listings that fit our criteria often outside of regular business hours. She was also very quick to point out damage that we hadn’t spotted. Would highly recommend for anybody looking at homes in the Tuscaloosa area.

We were looking for a starter home for our son and she was the best realtor a first time home buyer could ask for. She was so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She was even able to offer us a list of people to assist with updates in the home even before we made an offer you could tell she is truly passionate about her job. She made the entire process easy from start to finish, we will definitely be recommending her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. Very professional, experienced and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
