We listed our house with Phebe on a recommendation from a friend, and we were not disappointed! She came to give us a consultation months ahead when we weren’t sure if we’d even list it. She impressed in person, and I looked up her selling history and noted her quick selling time and how closely her selling prices matched her list prices. So when we decided to list, we called her. She’s personable, professional and knowledgeable. She responds in a reasonable time to texts, and made the selling process a breeze. She priced our house well, took excellent photos, and had buyers in mind from the get go. She was very communicative, was willing to answer any questions we had, and gave us her professional opinion throughout the process from pricing, to showings, to how to handle multiple offers. She got us top dollar for our home in a very short time! She kept us up to speed during the entire process and was just a lovely person to work with. We highly recommend her without a single reservation!
