About Phelan

Phelan was born and raised in Huron, South Dakota and is an active member of the community. He is a Huron Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Sertoma member & member of the Huron Board of REALTORS, SD REALTORS, and National Association of REALTORS. He has been an Associate Broker for 24 years and was the 2006 & 2024 Huron REALTOR of the year, which also means he has a great eye and lots of connections to local lenders, contractors and landscapers. He has great instincts when it comes to selling or buying, and as your agent, you will have those too. His other passions include playing golf & coaching the 2019 championship golf team at JVCS & being a Huron USBC Hall of Fame member as he is an avid bowler with nine 300 games & is also a Board of Director of the Huron United States Bowling Congress. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, MariKa of 25 years, his son Ryan, and his loyal yellow labrador dog Marley.
