Phil Corrona

He has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, earning his professional designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute, 2008), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, 2008), and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource, 2010). In 2019, he furthered his professional education by completing the 24-hour Indiana Managing Broker Course. His professional experience to date includes closing over four hundred transaction sides totaling more than $52 million in production volume. What his most enjoy about the real estate profession is collaborating with a first-time homebuyer who needs the careful guidance and understanding of the home buying process. His favorite step in the real estate transaction is the negotiating phase; talking through the strategy of getting an accepted offer or inspection response, anticipating the other party's reply, and evaluating the expectations that follow. All of this he does for the love and support of his family...his wife Suzanne of 25 years, his daughter Savannah a nurse at Riley Children's Hospital, his son Samuel a student at IUPUI, his son Spencer a student at Taylor University, and his son Simon a junior in high school. He is very thankful to serve on the IMPACT Team at Emmanuel Church. In his free time, he enjoys working as a Development Coach with the DistinXion CHAMPIONS boys’ basketball program.
