Phil and Ashley are so incredibly detail oriented, they research and find what you need, they are always there for you, and always so incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. I worked with them on an incredibly difficult real estate transaction with many bumps in the road along the way, but they stuck right with me and always offered advice and assistance when it was needed. Phil gave awesome, transparent advice, was prompt, thorough with each house showing and quick to follow up with us and sellers during the long process! Each week he was sure to check in to make a schedule for houses we wanted to visit and when closing time came he and his team made the process very smooth for us! Phil started helping me with my home sell months before we signed a listing contract. His focus was always on helping me through the process rather than the sales commission. I was an out of area seller of my mother’s home and he made sure to keep a watch over it. Phil assisted with helping a family member move out and lined up a top-notch contractor for cosmetic work to get it ready to go on the market.
