Phil Kloida

Phil Kloida was born and raised in Menominee and knows the area like the back of his hand, giving home sellers the peace of mind that Phil has extensive knowledge of the real estate market in our area. After graduating from Menominee High School Phil attended UW-Oshkosh. Phil spent the past 25 years working in the banking and financial services industry, holding various positions with the majority of his career as a residential mortgage loan officer. It is this experience that Phil feels will make it a smooth transition into his real estate career.

The experience Phil has gained as a loan officer and the inside knowledge of the mortgage process allows Phil to give home buyers the confidence that Phil can help them through the entire home buying process right to the closing table. Phil is a member of Holy Spirit Parish where he serves on their finance council. He is also the treasurer of the Menominee Rotary Club and the vice president of the North Shore Golf Club.
