Phil was my fiancé and I's first homebuying experience and he made it a breeze! Very knowledgeable and proactive realtor. Professional, smart and easy to get along with.

We were referred to by my brother and sister-in-law who have gotten 2 coveted homes in the very popular Hampden neighborhood (Baltimore) with Phil. We ended up buying a single family home in Parkville, MD.

I would give him 6/5 stars if that was an option. Do yourself a favor and choose Phil to help you with getting a home. You will not regret it!

Phil was highly recommended by my mother-in-law, and so we worked with him to purchase a second home. He worked really hard to find us ethe perfect place, and also did a great job selling a condo in the same timeframe to align perfectly with moving dates. Throughout the entire process Phil was an amazing influence. Whether discussing the appropriate date to list to evaluating the proper list price, Phil was constantly abreast of all the dynamics involved. From the right time of year for listing to the appropriate pricing and evaluation of recent sales in the area. I wasn’t even in the same state and felt completely at ease with the entire process. This man has your best interests in mind and I would 100% work with Phil again.

When we were in the market for a new realtor we sent a couple emails on a Sunday night to some that were highly rated and Phil got back to us within an hour.  That was a great start.  Since then, he has been a treat to work with.  He is very knowledgeable, forthright, and honest.  Which are all big pluses for us.  Never once did we feel pressured into anything so he could get paid.  In fact, we were looking for a house/townhouse off and on for the better part of two years through the pandemic.  He was very patient and accommodating to our changing needs.  Though we made sure to do our homework so we didn't waste his or our time.  During every step of the process, he made sure we were aware of everything we needed.  We 100% recommend Phil as a realtor and if we are ever in the market for a house again, we will be looking him up for sure.

Phil was recommended by a former customer. Within a day or two of me calling him, he came out to my home to give me his opinion on price and any work that needed to be done. He knew the market very well, and all of his advice was spot on! He saved me thousands of dollars. My house was on the market in no time, with several offers within the first week. My house sold in less than 2 weeks!

Phil is very kind and thoughtful. He takes the time to listen to what you want and need, and takes you step by step through the process on how to best achieve your goals. He has excellent negotiation skills, and his knowledge of the market and all of the processes for buying and selling are unparalleled. We needed to fast-track a home purchase, and he quickly put us in touch with everyone needed to make this happen.
He acted as an honest broker between us and the seller, always representing our best interest.
Phil helped us to easily navigate the complicated web of viewings, inspections, etc, and put us in touch with an easy-to-work with, honest lender, who understood our priorities, and acted on those.
During the COVID situation, almost everything was handled electronically, and Phil made sure that we had the information that we needed, quickly and clearly.

Well, I finally feel like I have won bragging rights to the “Who has the best Realtor?!” competition! Phil has been absolutely INCREDIBLE throughout the process of buying and selling during these CRAAAZY times! While the entire process seemed incredibly daunting, Phil was able to break down the process for me in a way that made my to-do lists manageable and my experience thoroughly enjoyable. It was incredible to finally feel like I had a realtor who had MY best interests at heart when making offers. Not only did I feel like I had someone in my corner, I felt like I had someone STRONG in my corner! Where should I begin? Phil was wonderful to work with! My best friend recommended him to me. I found him professional, friendly and extremely competent - so rare in today’s world. Phil sold my house and simultaneously helped me find my new place, which I love.
