To talk about Phil is to try to explain how a best friend should be. Over the years I have bought a home and sold a home with Phil by my side. I have recommended several people who have also worked with Phil on their journeys of owning a home. Phil has been available every step of the way. He has become a dear friend that I consider family! If you are looking for a realtor that will have your back, extremely honest, loyal to a fault, and actually cares about you and your family?? Then Phil is your man!!! Love this guy like a brother!

Phil has become my favorite business call to take; he's one of the professionals I never let go to voicemail first. He is personable and professional, and committed to giving the customer the best possible experience. He drives extra miles, makes time in his schedule, shares contacts of other trusted professionals in order to make sure that you have the best experience possible. You really get a feeling that he has your best interest in mind when he sits down to talk about the finer points of the business. I've worked with professionals who get so caught up in the numbers game that you feel more like you're sitting at a high stakes table at a cheap casino, but Phil instead makes it a conversation that you feel comfortable engaging in. 10/10, would recommend!!!

Buying my first house I had so many questions, thankfully Phil was there for me. There was never a time he didn’t respond or take time out of his day to guide me through this process. We had multiple in person meetings which smoothed a lot of doubts I had. Even when I had my eye on a particular house he still sent me other options to ponder on and eventually I got my dream home. Phil worked tirelessly sending me emails contacting other agents and whatnot from as early as 5am to as late as midnight.
If you want a house and don't want the perfect house to slip out of your fingers trust Phil to be your agent for life. I will only sell and buy through Phil and I've referred 2 of my friends who have bought and sold homes from him. Same drive and energy with every one of our homes.
Stop looking at other realtors and other brokers - Phil and Synergy are it.

Phil was an excellent realtor & became a friend as well. He was able to assist me in finding a suitable home for me during the COVID quarantine while I lived in California & could not travel. He took the extra effort to show me the home virtually & sign all of the paperwork online. He then went the extra mile by hiring a contractor to remove the popcorn ceilings prior to the move to Washington. Would recommend Phil to any of my friends and family.
