Phil Tabakelis

Philip Tabakelis, or as most know him as Phil may not be a native of the South Carolina coast but has quickly made it home. Originally licensed in North Carolina where he experienced selling, remodeling, and building residential and commercial real estate, Phil now holds his license in both NC and SC. Phil is passionate about real estate in all senses, from helping clients find a home, or sell a house, to helping clients educate themselves in the benefits of investing in real estate.

When Phil isn't showing homes or working on them, you can find him anywhere by the water or live music. The host of a local the Carolina Country Music Fest and avid paddleboarder, you may see him by the water or at a local restaurant listening to the band.
