Philio consistently places in “The Top 50” in New England for her company and in the top five of all Realtors in her geographic region on The North Shore. Philio is known for her exceptional work ethic, creativity, and attentiveness to clients' needs. As a trained clinical Social Worker, she is especially sensitive to the stresses that the process of a real estate transaction can produce and is both extremely supportive and strong in her representation of clients.
Quick to understand Real Estate, her past professional work experience has proven both relevant and useful. Philio is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and Simmons School of Social Work. She trained at Massachusetts General Hospital in outpatient psychiatry and worked at MGH following graduation. Philio is the fourth generation in her family to live in Manchester-by-the-Sea and is an expert in understanding and knowing the North Shore market.
Philio is an Overseer at The Peabody Essex Museum and a member of their Leadership Committee and Maritime and American Art Visiting Committees. She is also a Distinguished Benefactor at The Museum of Fine Arts. An active athlete and competitive tennis player, Philio leads an extremely active and full life and would have it no other way.
