When he graduated High School, he went into construction full time. Philip was building houses for many years, then one day, he got tired of being told what to do, working in the cold and dying in the heat, so he decided he should sell these houses instead of building them. Philip went and took the real estate exam. When he received the letter that he passed, Philip quit construction the very next day. Construction was a great way to learn about what he was selling for his sellers and buyers. Construction helped Philip become a better Broker for the clients that he represents. He knew he had found his calling in Selling Residential and Commercial Real Estate. After just three years, Philip became a top producer in his region. He has now been a top producer for over 30 years now in the Greater Boston region.
