TURPIN REAL ESTATE, INC.
About PHILIP
Philip's positive experiences when buying and selling homes through Turpin solidified his decision to join the Bernardsville Office. Impressed by the company's high levels of professionalism and care, he looks forward to continuing that tradition of excellence with his own clients.
As a building restoration project manager for over a decade, Philip knows that client's needs come first, and local expertise is paramount. "I am an architectural historian with knowledge of the magnificent great estates and properties that make the Somerset Hills one of the premier residential areas of the country," he said. "I also have an eye for good design and know the importance of following up with my clients to ensure their comfort and protection during a challenging transaction."
A resident of Tewksbury, Philip came to the Somerset Hills in 2002 when he helped create a foundation to purchase and restore the historic Blairsden estate in Peapack and Far Hills. That stewardship prepared the property for subsequent owners who continue to preserve one of the area's greatest architectural treasures.
A dual US-EU citizen through the country of Lithuania, Philip's fluency in French enabled him to live in London and Paris for the past 12 years building his antique silver and vintage jewelry business. Being fluent in French is also helpful to international real estate clients coming to the area.
Philip has a BA from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation of Architecture from Columbia University. A trained opera singer who plays classical piano, his other longstanding interests include collecting 18th century silver, vintage jewelry and exceptional furniture.
Rely on Philip for compassionate, professional service. "I have learned over the years that discipline and constant effort are the greatest determining factors in achieving life goals, and I look forward to helping my clients achieve their housing goals," he says.
