Philip Reed

Philip Reed was born and raised on Sabot Hill Farm in Goochland County, VA, establishing a lifelong love of the countryside. A geography major at James Madison University, he went on to work for engineering and land consulting firms, and later spent a decade at the Virginia Outdoors Foundation, facilitating conservation deals encompassing over 40,000 acres. He joined McLean Faulconer in 2016, with a focus on farms, estates, equestrian and sporting properties from the Blue Ridge to the Bay. Philip has listed and sold properties ranging from mountaintop cabins at Afton, to large farms in Keswick, and waterfront estates on the Chesapeake Bay.
