When we decided to list our home, Phillip was there within a few hours to get the process started. He walked us through step by step. Granted there where times he was very busy with other clients and couldn't respond immediately to my thousand and one questions, he did make sure I got the answers I needed. Phillip Winkles is exactly what you want in a realtor. His kindness and honesty helped us to feel comfortable knowing that he had our best interests in mind. We almost settled for purchasing a property that had a lot of potential, but would realistically be a challenge to renovate. Phillip asked us to take a look at a different house that didn't hardly need any work that he thought would be perfect for us. We had seen pictures of it before and had decided long before then that the house was out of our league so we didn't even want to look at it, but we were on that side of town anyway and decided to trust Phillip. Thank God we did, because not only was the house AMAZING and PERFECT for us, but also Phillip went above and beyond to ensure that where we landed on price was well within our range.
