About Phoebe

Phoebe was born in Alabama and moved to Marietta (Atlanta). Phoebe is a second-generation REALTOR® with 47 years in the business of helping people buy and sell real estate. She was a founder of Signature Properties Group, Inc. on Saint Simons Island, and also a ReMax office in Marietta, GA. She also worked for Sea Island Real Estate for 10 years on Saint Simons Island.

Relocating from Atlanta to St. Simons Island in the mid-90's, Phoebe continues to be one of the top producers in the Golden Isles and is enjoying life in Coastal Georgia and an improved balance between her personal and her professional life. Phoebe works as a team with her husband, Gene, and Ken Sausedo, under the name "Team Hoaster".

"We moved to Saint Simons Island thirty years ago; Gene grew up on Saint Simons and we were excited at the chance to live on the Georgia Coast. Gene and I have been married for 40 years - it´s been great, he´s my best friend, funny man, loves to laugh; full of life, kind, tender hearted. I´ve been truly Blessed."
