Phyllis Alexander

Before Phyllis made her way into real estate, she was a production worker for 17 years with a large corporation. She grew up on a farm and took pride in working hard, so she found this type of labor and working so closely with others to be somewhat rewarding. Then after so many years, she found herself staying there because it was a stable job, but she truly craved to do something different and felt she had so much more to offer people as she matured. She felt blessed and thankful that she had a stable job and given the time and the way she was raised, you just did not leave stable paying jobs. Well, her job got bought out and went to Canada!

With the need to make lemonade from lemons, Phyllis went back to school, took several classes, and received her Real Estate Broker’s License in 2003. She has never looked back since! This has been such a rewarding career for her. She continually receives referrals from past co-workers for their real estate needs, and it seems easy for them to let her help with their needs because they had already witnessed for years how passionate she is about working and how much she cares for others. This job was just what she needed… It fuels her soul, she loves the human interaction and being able to help people on a daily basis get to their next place in life, and she enjoys the challenges of making deals that seem nearly impossible come together.

She is so fortunate that now her husband, Jeff, and two of her daughters, Holli and Hayley, are all able to work with her as a family team of four, each having their own roles and responsibilities. She personally takes pride in the fact that they are able to run like a “Well Oiled Machine” and that happens to be one of her favorite compliments that she’s received from many of their clients. This is a HUGE win for the clients that work with then!
