Phyllis Browning

Founder & Chairman Phyllis Browning founded the firm in 1989. Today, Phyllis Browning Company is the largest locally owned, independent, residential real estate firm in San Antonio with four offices and more than 200 agents and staff.

Phyllis continuously earns recognition as one of the city’s leading real estate brokers and community leaders. Her honors include San Antonio Small Business Leader of the Year, top ranking in residential real estate sales, San Antonio Women’s Hall of Fame, San Antonio Business Hall of Fame, Women’s Leadership Award and outstanding volunteer fundraiser (Association of Fundraising Professionals). She also serves as Chair of the Development Board at UTHSCSA; on the Board of Trustees, San Antonio Medical Foundation; and as Trustee Emeritus at Trinity University.
