Phyllis Taylor was so helpful in finding the right place for my son and daughter-in-law. She showed us several houses and wrote offers for us. She always answered our questions regardless of how trivial they were. Once we found the right fit in a place, Phyllis worked hard to may sure we could purchase it. From the beginning of the process to the closing on the property, Phyllis went well beyond making sure everything was perfect.

My husband and l found Mrs. Taylor to be a highly attentive agent. We were relocating from another state and it was almost as if we were her only customers (although we know that was not the case). She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. Mrs. Taylor is also highly personable with an engaging personality. She worked collaboratively with the mortgage company to make sure we closed on time.

Well let's just say this first, we met Phyllis Taylor of Taylor Real Estate Solution by chance, Going to a Small family- owned hardware store in Jacksonville Alabama. they were very helpful with our needs. Debbie at Warren Hardware, gave us Phyllis's name as we were looking for a realtor. Well let me tell you , we were ever surprised at Phyllis's professional approach to selling our home Not only did she move quickly and set everything in motion and got us more than asking price. My 25 year old son had the opportunity to work with Phyllis Taylor in his quest for purchasing a home. This was an extended process due to the uniqueness of the current real estate market, and Phyllis was patient, supportive and insightful throughout the search. This was a first time purchase for him, so she approached the process not only as a realtor trying to find him a home, but also as an educator. She focused on making sure that he understood the process and that he was making a fully informed decision that was best for him. This was a long process with tours of multiple homes, yet Phyllis was consistently encouraging and went to great lengths to make sure that he was confident that he would find the home that was right for him.

I cannot possibly say enough positive things to describe our experience with Phyliis Taylor as our real estate sales representative. She understood every single detail and seemed to read our minds before we even spoke with her! Prompt in every single element, she was responsive to every text, email, and phone call and took care of tasks which would have been difficult for us since we had already moved out of state during the sale of our house. When you add in her pioneer spirit (she had surgery during the process and never missed a beat!!), the warmth of her smile, and her sense of humor in the midst of turmoil -- it would be impossible to find a better real estate representative to sell your home or to find the place of your dreams when you are in the market in Jacksonville.
